:: Training course registrations can only be confirmed when the registration form has been completed and tuition is received in full (prior to the course date).
:: In order to cancel or reschedule training that has been confirmed, contact the Hybridge office by calling (585) 319-5400 extension 226.
:: Cancellation requests need to be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the program date to receive a full tuition refund.
:: Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the program start date are transferable to an alternate program date, provided attendance is within 6 months of the original program date.
:: Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are transferable to an alternate program date within 6 months of the original program date and will be subject to an additional transfer fee of $500 due to catering and administrative fees required by venues 30 days in advance of the program start date.
:: Refunds are subject to review for approval and when offered at tuition less any administrative fees incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Cancellation by Hybridge
:: While uncommon, Hybridge reserves the right to cancel a training program in advance of the scheduled program date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future program date or to receive a full refund of tuition fees.
:: If Hybridge has to cancel a training program due to unforeseeable circumstances the registrant will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to an alternate date.
:: Hybridge is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties incurred by program registrants in the event that a program is canceled or revised.
